The Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP) is speaking up against the Barbados Light and Power’s announcement of a 22% increase in electricity expected to come into effect this month.
BARP President Marilyn Rice-Bowen says her Association is in opposition of the increase and their membership will be represented at the upcoming Barbados Light and Power rate hearing.
