The Barbados Police Service is warning young people about the dangers of accepting treats like cake and brownies this holiday season.
According to Sergeant Kim Harris of the Juvenile Liaison Scheme, some of these sweet treats are being laced with illegal substances.
Therefore, she is urging children to seek permission from a parent or guardian, before consuming anything.
