One of Barbados’ business moguls wants to see alternative energy and agriculture incentives featured in today’s budget.
The Most Honourable Ralph ‘Bizzy’ Williams told CBC News that the storage of electricity from solar and access to jobs in agriculture for the youth are areas he would like to see.
CBC will have a live pre-budget discussion starting at 2:30 pm today, with the Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Board for Undergraduate Studies at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cave Hill Campus, Professor Justin Robinson; Economist Dr Justin Ram; and political analyst Peter Wickham. It will be hosted by Wendy Burke.
