The Barbados Workers Union has reaffirmed its commitment to its members moving into the new year.
General Secretary of the Union Toni Moore said in her New Year’s speech that in 2024, their focus is on strengthening their relationship with their valued customers.
She continued and emphasised that they are committed to increasing their membership, ensuring that every worker in Barbados knows they have a loyal ally in the BWU.
Moore also specified that there is the issue of fear of employers that they plan to stomp out in the new year.
