Yet another international financial institution has announced plans to establish an office here in Barbados.
It is the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean or CAF.
Executive President, Sergio Díaz-Granados made the announcement at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
In welcoming the news, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says it demonstrates overseas investors have confidence in Barbados.
