Outgoing Chief Justice Sir Patterson Cheltenham wants discrepancies at the administrative level of the judicial system fixed.
He says the inherited historical anomalies need to be addressed to allow for improvements in the judicial system.
And the top judicial official adds that his call is important at this time when Barbados is in the midst of profound constitutional changes.
