Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has called for open-minded discussions as the European Union and Caribbean countries attempt to cement closer working relationships.
The Prime Minister made the request during the launch of the EU-CARIFORUM Regional Partnerships last evening.
She said it’s important for countries with shared values to find platforms for partnership and development.
However, Ms. Mottley believes they must not deny the reality of our world, which is facing a climate crisis, inflation challenges spurred by the war in Ukraine and supply chain disruptions started by COVID-19.
