Chairman of the Barbados Private Sector Association, Trisha Tannis is calling for an education strategy to be put in place to stop the importation of labour.
She said this needs to be critically considered since millions of dollars are spent on education annually and labour still has to be imported
She called for continuous dialogue with the private sector since incentives were given in the recent Budget.
