2023 has been a challenging year for the public service vehicle sector.
This is according to the Alliance of Owners of Public Transport (AOPT) President Roy Raphael.
Commuter Complaints Officer Craig Banfield listed some of the primary issues raised.
President Raphael hopes that some of the complaints that bring the PSV community in disrepute can be stomped out in 2024, especially as his association looks to improve terminal conditions specifically at the Cheapside Terminal.
