A local charity has come forward this Christmas to give some residents of the Thelma Vaughn Memorial Home a happy holiday season.
The charity is named ‘Kids Helping Kids’ which began in February this year.
Shekira Boxill is the driving force behind the charity and she says that Christmas is meant to be a happy time and everyone deserves to feel that way regardless of their situation.
