Christmas treat for St. George South children

Scores of children from the parish of St. George, specifically the St. George South area got a special treat today when constituency representative Dwight Sutherland hosted a Christmas party.

Ellerton Playing Field was transformed with rides and jumping tents for the kids.

Food and drinks were also on sale with the usual sweet treats and popcorn stalls.

There was also face painting for the young as well as the young at heart and stilt men.

MP Sutherland also showed off his cooking skills on the grill.

He says it’s a privilege to be able to have the party again after a two year break because of COVID-19.

Mr. Sutherland says they pulled out all the stops for the children.
