The 68th Clean and Green space was launched on Friday at the Barbados Community College.
Minister of Environment, National Beautification and Blue and Green Economy Adrian Forde says the aim is to further enhance the environment of the College and allow for bio-diversity to take place.
In reminding the students about the causes of global warming and climate change, he offered a solution in the form of tree planting and urged each BCC student to plant a tree.
Meanwhile, BCC Chairman Dr. Allyson Leacock is confident that the Clean and Green space will be maintained by the College students.
