The high number of cruise ships making calls at the Bridgetown Port is having an impact on the offloading of cargo vessels, bringing goods to the island.
The revelation from Immediate Past President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Anthony Branker.
Speaking during an interview with CBC News, he revealed that with the cruise season in full swing, a number of no-cargo days have been introduced at the port.
