An Acting General Secretary has been appointed by the Opposition Democratic Labour Party after a vote was taken to suspend Steve Blackett.
The development came in a meeting last night at the DLP’s George Street, Belleville, St. Michael headquarters.
Assistant General Secretary, Pedro Shepherd will now act in the position.
