The Democratic Labour Party’s George Street headquarters came alive this afternoon as the Party observed the birthday of its founding father and National Hero, the Right Excellent Errol Barrow.
General Secretary Steve Blackett says the gathering marked the culmination of a week of events, which included a lecture delivered by St. Lucia’s Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre.
He lauded Mr. Barrow’s contributions to regional integration and called him a champion of CARICOM.
