A C. O. Williams Construction Limited truck tore down the telephone lines in Bathsheba, St. Joseph just after midday on Saturday. As a result, internet service in the area is out.
Flow crews are on site working to restore the service.
This is the second time in about two days that the movement of large trucks and tractors has been involved with telephone lines.
These vehicles are working on a major private development overlooking the Soup Bowl.
Drivers of these vehicles are urged to exercise more care and attention as they travel through the area.
