The Flash Flood Warning in effect for Barbados has been extended, until 6:00 a.m. tomorrow, or sooner if conditions warrant.
A Flash Flood Warning is issued when rapid flooding due to heavy or excessive rainfall in a short period of time (generally less than 6 hours) is occurring or is imminent in the warning area.
The Met Office says unstable conditions will continue to affect the island tonight.
Occasional moderate to heavy showers are expected with accumulations of 1 to 3 inches (25 to 75 mm) with isolated higher amounts.
