G4S acquires J.E Security Systems and Services

G4S Secure Solutions Barbados Limited has acquired J.E Security Systems and Services Incorporated.

Plans for the takeover were announced earlier this year.

An official signing was held at G4S Brighton St. Michael headquarters Friday.

J.E Security has provided electronic security, patrol and response services for more than 30 years on the island.

Managing Director of G4S, James Devers is confident the coming together of the two companies will strengthen Barbados security and fire safety industry.
