Government has started its meetings with cruise ship officials, and they have reached an understanding to ensure Port taxi operators can once more secure jobs from disembarking cruise passengers.
Maritime Affairs Minister Kirk Humphrey provided the update this afternoon as he met a group of taxi drivers who had initially gathered by the Port’s main gate to vent their frustrations.
