Government dismisses Dover rumours

Government has dismissed rumours circulating pertaining to the planned future development of the Dover, Christ Church area.

Residents’ concerns were raised and drew reaction from Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and her team during last evening’s Christ Church Speaks at the Foundation School.

Prime Minister Mottley drew reference to the size of the country with respect to compulsory acquisition in the interest of national development.

She also put to bed rumours of the acquisition of the St. Lawrence Church.
