The Healthy Caribbean Coalition is among the local delegation representing Barbados at the 76th World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland.
Its Vice President, Dr. Kenneth Connell highlighted the challenges NCDs are causing in the region.
He provided some insight into the deliberations on CBC TV8’s Mornin’ Report.
Dr. Connell looks forward to Barbados hosting the upcoming World Health Organisation SIDS Ministerial Meeting.
