One of the island’s leading hotel groups is reporting positive bookings for this year’s Crop Over Festival.
It’s the Ocean Hotels Group which includes Sea Breeze and South Beach.
Sales and Marketing Manager Jacqui McDermott spoke to CBC News as the company held a Kadooment event for hotel guests in Maxwell, Christ Church.
According to Ms. McDermott the summer period has been slow as a result of what she says is a shortage of flight seats. However things are looking good for July and August.
You can see more Kadooment in July action tonight on our Countdown 2 Kadooment feature on the CBC NewsNight.
