A drug awareness policy is on the cards at one of Barbados’ leading hotels.
The revelation came from Substance Abuse Prevention Officer with the National Council on Substance Abuse, Wendy Greenidge during a day-long hands on session at the Accra Beach Hotel.
Ms. Greenidge says it part of the activities of Drug Awareness Month.
She says the exercises were an eye-opener for all participants who attended the sessions.
Meanwhile, Accra Beach Hotel and Spa’s Group Human Resources Manager Tricia Joseph says it was a learning experience and an important initiative for staff of the hotel.
