The Sanitation Service Authority (SSA) is informing the public that there will be an islandwide garbage collection to remove household waste from bins today, Wednesday, June 21.
In a release, the SSA urged residents to ensure that all household waste is bagged and placed in the bins.
Following the garbage collection, the Authority has advised members of the public to secure their bins to avoid them becoming missiles or obstructions during the passage of Tropical Storm Bret.
Residents are also reminded to ensure that vehicles are not blocking the passage of the SSA vehicles.
The SSA thanks the public for its support and encourages everyone to stay safe.
