28 days on remand.
That’s the outcome of yesterday’s court appearance by Ondre Elvis Foster, the 32-year-old Cluffs, St. Lucy resident charged with the Kadooment Day shooting which involved a licensed firearm.
He appeared in District A Magistrate’s Court and was not required to plead to recklessly discharging a firearm in a public place – Black Rock Main Road – which placed the lives of Richetta Phillips and Vincent Edwards in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
Foster appeared before Magistrate Ian Weekes and was represented by Andrew Pilgrim, KC and Angela Mitchell Gittens.
He is to return to court on September 11.
