Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has threatened to introduce legislation to force the banking sector to be more supportive of the country’s growth and development initiative.
She accused some in the sector of merely watching people’s money, instead of putting it to work.
The Prime Minister made it clear, this cannot continue.
