Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Warnings for Barbados were discontinued this evening, after feeder bands from Hurricane Tammy drenched the island.
The heavy rainfall resulted in flooding in many areas across the island.
The authorities toured several of them and say indiscriminate littering and dumping clogged the drainage system, making a bad situation worse.
