Man to appear in court in connection with a number of charges, including murder

A 25 year old man is scheduled to appear in court today in connection with a number of charges, including murder and theft.

Henry Depeiza Lewis of no fixed place of abode has been charged with the following:

• Murder of Rommel Trotman on August 30th, 2022
• Possession of Firearm on September 6th, 2022
• Possession of Ammunition also on September 6th, 2022
• 2 Counts of Endangering the Life of Raheim Forde on September 4th, 2022
• Theft of Money on August 12th, 2022
• Theft of Hand Bag and Contents on August 13th, 2022

Lewis is expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court.
