By now, water should again be flowing from the taps of scores of Barbados Water Authority customers impacted by a major leak since Friday.
Work to repair the 15-inch main was completed around 5:30 this morning.
Sharika Griffith reports.
Some customers were still complaining about dry taps hours after pumping resumed. However, a BWA official explained it may take longer for the water supply for customers further down the distribution system and those at higher elevations to return.
