More qualified Barbadians can expect to be among hundreds landing overseas jobs in a range of areas in the near future.
It is arising through a new partnership between local agency, Trinity Recruitment Services and an Asian hospitality firm.
Trinity’s CEO, Judeen Scantlebury, gave CBC News an update on the venture, which will see her company expanding to recruit people from countries such as Nepal, Malaysia, Indonesia and China among others to meet the quota.
She says the partnership has also opened links with manufacturers.
