Mount Gay Distilleries a good corporate citizen

Minister in the Ministry of Housing, Lands and Maintenance Peter Philips has described Mount Gay Distilleries Limited as a good corporate citizen after the launching of the company’s Republic Blend.

The Minister, who is also the Member of Parliament for St. Lucy says apart from the production of rum, the more than 300 year old company has been making its presence felt in a meaningful way among residents of the rural parish.

Minister Philips says there is a degree of satisfaction as a result of the developments.
