The National Council on Substance Abuse is being advised to speak more publicly about its services and success stories.
The challenge from Minister of Home Affairs, Wilfred Abrahams.
He made the comment as the NCSA has upgraded its operations with a new dedicated training room, life skills centre and the Ishmael and Margaret Counselling Rooms.
Minister Abrahams has challenged more employers to use the Council’s outreach education programme for staff members.
