For his second appearance in court to face an unlawful sexual intercourse charge, Member of Parliament for St. Michael North West, Neil Rowe, has changed his legal team.
When the 43-year-old MP returned to court this morning he was met by his new lawyers, Senior Counsel Ralph Thorne and King’s Counsel Michael Lashley, who are representing him in association with attorneys Emerald Griffith, Sade Harris and Zudi Payne.
Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim is representing the complainant.
When the matter was called before magistrate Deidre McKenna it was adjourned until March 20 and Mr Rowe remains on $10, 000 bail.
Mr Rowe’s first appearance in court on the charge was back in October last year.
At that time, he was represented by King’s Counsel Roger Forde and attorney-at-law, Safiya Moore.
