Businessman Neville Rowe has passed away.
The former Julie’ n and Sky Mall Supermarket owner, who had been ailing for some time, died today.
Close friend and former Operations Manager at the Julie’n Supermarket, Peter Chase remembers Rowe as a gentle and kind man who was the ultimate perfectionist.
Rowe was in his 70’s.
