Farmers who are registered with the Ministry of Agriculture will have access to a new fixed water rate. The new rate of $1.80 per cubic metre goes in to effect at midnight, May 1st.
The announcement was made by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley during her presentation of the annual Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposal 2022.
