Customers of telecommunications company Flow have been experiencing issues with broadband and mobile data services.
The company confirmed the problem in a Facebook post earlier today.
It says as a result, some customers may be experiencing a degradation of internet-based services, including mobile data.
The statement says technicians are working to restore full connectivity for all impacted customers.
