No reduction in pension with proposed pension reform

Minister in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Ryan Straughn is reassuring concerned Barbadians that the proposed pension reform will not result in a reduction of anyone’s pension.

He addressed the matter presented in the recent Budget during a discussion titled ‘Pension Reform: Its Fiscal, Social, and Economic Implication’ hosted by the Senior Advisory Group for Excellence in Trade Unionism, SAGE at the Horatio Cooke Auditorium of the National Union of Public Workers.
