Pine East-West Boulevard in the Pine, St. Michael is the next area of focus under the Ministry of Transport and Work’s (MTW) Accelerated Mill and Pave Programme, with work scheduled to start tonight.
C.O. Williams Construction Ltd will work nightly between 7:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. for approximately one week, pending weather or unforeseen circumstances.
MTW says local and emergency access will be allowed, with signage and traffic wardens in place to provide directions.
Motorists are asked to proceed with caution in the area, and use other routes where possible.
MTW and C.O. Williams Construction Ltd have apologised for the inconvenience and thank residents and road users for their cooperation and patience.
