The Ministry of Labour is planning on introducing a full-time Employment Rights Tribunal in efforts to expedite the hearing of cases.
The revelation was made by Labour Minister, Colin Jordan, as his team sat in the well of Parliament on day 2 of the Debate on the Appropriation Bill 2024.
A sum of $10,223,131 has been allocated in the Estimates for that Ministry for 2024-2025.
