Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and Barbadian songstress and national heroine, the Right Excellent Robyn Rihanna Fenty have been included on the 2023 Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women List.
The list is the definitive ranking of the most inspirational female CEOs, entertainers, politicians, philanthropists and policymakers making life-changing impact on the world today.
Rihanna managed to secure the 74th spot on the list in the category of media and entertainment, while the Barbadian leader secured the 99th position in the category of politics and policy.
For the second consecutive year, European Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen tops the list followed by European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde and US Vice President Kamala Harris who retain their ranking at number two and three.
Others on the list include Oprah Winfrey and Beyonce Knowles.
