A 15-year-old secondary male student is in serious but stable condition after being stabbed in the area of his abdomen.
The student was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by a private motor vehicle.
Police are carrying out investigations about the altercation which occurred at the Barbados Licensing Authority, The Pine, St. Michael.
The Service says the stabbing incident, was reported to their operations control room about 10:45 a.m.
TBPS are appealing to the public to provide any information that can assist in their ongoing investigation.
People are asked to call the District ‘A’ Police Station at 430-7242, Police Emergency 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800-TIPS (8477) or the nearest Police Station.
