Police probing Vauxhall incident

Lawmen are investigating a matter which occurred at Vauxhall, Christ Church where a man accused of stealing was tied to a pole.

A video has been making the rounds showing a substance being poured onto the accused man’s head, as he holds a sign between his teeth.

Many people look on and jeer.

Assistant Commissioner David Griffith confirmed to CBC that a report in relation to the incident has been made and it is under investigation.
