With the launch of the national parenting programme, Parent-Wise, officials are optimistic it will impact on participants and the community as a whole.
Assistant Director with Responsibility for Rehabilitation and Therapy at the National Peace Programme, Nicolette Williams says the sessions will be facilitated by five civil society organisations.
Ms. Williams made the comments on CBC TV8’s Mornin’ Barbados.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Empowerment Network Support’s Founder and President Fabian Sargeant says parenting is the foundation of society.
