There’s been an overwhelmingly positive response from tourism stakeholders and the international market to the recent policy shift for arrivals into Barbados.
That’s according to Chairman of the Barbados Tourism Marketing Incorporated, Roseanne Myers.
The new policy allows fully vaccinated travellers arriving with a negative PCR test to leave the port of entry with no restrictions.
Speaking on CBC TV8’s the People’s Business, the BTMI Chairman revealed the news was welcomed.
Ms. Myers also spoke about continued efforts to get more local tourism workers vaccinated.
