The 21-year-old man who escaped from Dodds Prison last month has been formally charged for the offence.
Tyreke Delandre Benskin of 2nd Avenue, Promenade Road, Bush Hall, St. Michael appeared before Magistrate Joyanne Clarke of the District ‘C’/St. Matthias Court today, for the offence of Escaping Lawful Custody By Use of Force – Being a prisoner on remand to the Barbados Prison Service on September 21, 2023.
He is set to reappear in court on November 22, 2023.
