Several development projects are ongoing to improve the island’s food security.
Many of them are being done with assistance from international agencies.
Minister of Agriculture, Food and Nutritional Security, Indar Weir explained the importance of these collaborative efforts at a meeting with officials from the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture.
