As COVID-19 cases surge in Barbados, so too does the demand on Government’s finances.
Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Ryan Straughn highlighted the situation during Debate on the Debt Settlement (Arrears) Bill 2021.
As a consequence, he says, Government is moving to ensure a framework is in place to settle outstanding debt.
