A 57 year old male cyclist is the island’s latest road fatality.
The deceased has been identified as Peterson Griffith of Northumberland, St. Lucy.
Police say around 6:05 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023 Griffith was involved in a collision with a vehicle while both were travelling along Greenidges Road, St. Lucy.
He was transported from the scene by ambulance but was later pronounced dead on arrival at the QEH.
Police investigations are ongoing.
