The victim in yesterday’s fatal shooting in the area of the Dover Beach kiosks has been formally identified by Police.
He is 38 year old Ron Shane Hackett of Bath Land, St. John.
Police say around 2:30 on Thursday morning, they received a report that a man had been shot and appeared to be dead.
They responded and confirmed the report.
A medical doctor visited the scene and pronounced death.
Investigations are continuing.
