Small island developing states are facing challenges in the race to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The revelation was made by Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office Dr. Shantal Munro-Knight as she addressed the Annual Coordination Meeting for the United Nations Multi-Country Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework at Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle today.
She told the meeting, attended by Government and private sector stakeholders from the Dutch and English-speaking Caribbean, development finance to fight climate change is diminishing in quality and quantity.
